Big girl bed

We finally made the transition and took our crib down after over 7 years.  Shelby was not doing well going to sleep by herself til I made her during nap a few days ago.  4-5 walk backs and finally telling her not to get up- then about 5-10 minutes of crying and she finally fell asleep like this:

But the last couple days she has been going to sleep very well!  Yay! Now if she would sleep past 5:45am! YAWN! 

 

Soccer Camp

The boys had a soccer camp this week! The coaches were all British......I do adore their accents! I think the boys had fun, hopefully learned a few new skills, and wore them out! 15 hrs for Jackson, 10 hrs for Matthew!  

Jackson is SO not aggressive! Drives us bonkers- bc David and I both are! But he's working on it and if he never becomes aggressive at sports- it's okay! We aren't trying to live through our kids and their sports- we just want them to enjoy it and have fun.  (That's what we keep repeating anyway- ha).  Matthew isn't very aggressive either right now, but I think it may come more easily to him as he gets older.

They both said they wanted to go back to the camp next year!
