Dogs Dogs and more Dogs

David's parents came to visit and they brought their whole clan....or their empty nest replacement! They recently got 2 new pups - Maggie and Kevin, brother/sister Goldens. For 6 month old pups they are SO GOOD! I think I remember all to well having a Great Dane puppy and she was somewhat of a holy terror! For a second and only a brief second- it made me want another puppy!

Jackson LOVED these pups and he and Maggie bonded! They were pretty much glued at the hip until even poor Maggie needed a break from the 3 year old and his energy! I feel the same way most days!

They were so happy to play with all the dog toys we have- that our dogs no longer play with b/c they are lazy and may possibly think they are humans and not dogs!

5 - count them - 5 dogs in this house! Their other pup, Lucky, came too!

Daddy's Home!

We were glad to finally get David home after a little hold up....but he is here now and the boys are so happy!

My Little Bloodsucker

Danielle and I took our kids to Chuck E Cheese the other night b/c frankly we didn't want to stay home since both of our husbands were out of town! Jackson and Dillion had such a good time and with the combined tokens they won - they both got a set of vampire teeth! Oh and they glow in the dark....

And speaking of vampires.....I have been 'sucked' into the Twilight Saga. Yes - I have. I would feel like such a teeniebopper but all of my 30 year old friends have already read all the books and some are even crazy enough to have watched all the movies the first night they were out in the theater at midnight! (I have a feeling that will be me next summer for the fourth movie!)

I have seen the first 2 movies and I have read the first 2 books (I seriously read 1050 pages in 3 1/2 days - crazy!) I am currently on the third book and I am going to see Eclipse in the theater hopefully next week with my friend, Lisa! And it helps that we are both for TEAM EDWARD!

Jackson and Mr. Steve

Here is Jackson and his new buddy, Mr. Steve! Everytime we go over to Stephen and Lisa's house - Jackson gets a little time on the piano! Stephen is a very talented musician and amazing to listen to! Maybe some of Stephen's talent will rub off on Jackson b/c he isn't getting any from his mamma and daddy - that is FOR SURE! :)

10 months

It's hard for me to believe that in 2 months we will be having a birthday party!

Things Matthew is doing now:
-sleeping all night still

- still eating good, but liking big people food over baby food

- NO teeth still

- loves wrestling with brother

- loves harassing the dogs

-starting to walk behind toys and will walk when you hold his hand

- being a happy baby!

This is the good eater in my house! He loves him some groceries- although he is beginning to not want his baby food anymore, just real food! Now if we could get some teeth or just maybe one, so he can start chewing!
